1. About Technosys Innovation Center Pvt. Ltd.

Technosys Innovation Center Pvt. Ltd. is a Nepal-based multidisciplinary technology and engineering company providing professional services in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Software & Design Development, and Electric Vehicle (EV) Design, Integration, Charging Infrastructure, and Maintenance.

2. Acceptance & Eligibility

• You must be legally capable under the laws of Nepal.
• You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only.
• You accept these Terms by accessing our website or services.

3. Scope of Services

• Engineering design, installation, testing & maintenance
• IT consulting, software development & system integration
• Biomedical equipment support (non-clinical)
• Electric vehicle systems, charging solutions & diagnostics

4. Biomedical Engineering Disclaimer

Technosys Innovation Center Pvt. Ltd. does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Biomedical services are strictly technical in nature and must be used under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals as required by Nepal law.

5. Electrical & EV Services Disclaimer

• All installations must comply with Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) standards.
• Clients are responsible for regulatory approvals unless stated otherwise.
• Unauthorized modification voids service responsibility.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

6.1 Service Availability

Standard support hours: Sunday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (NPT).

6.2 Response Time

• Critical issues: Response within 24 hours
• Major issues: Response within 48 hours
• Minor issues: Response within 72 hours

6.3 Resolution

Resolution time depends on issue complexity, site accessibility, third-party dependency, and client cooperation.

6.4 SLA Exclusions

• Force majeure events
• Third-party service failures
• Client-caused delays

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, software, documentation, methodologies, and content remain the intellectual property of Technosys Innovation Center Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

As permitted by Nepalese law, Technosys Innovation Center Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the service fees paid for the specific project.

9. Governing Law (Nepal)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, including but not limited to:

• Muluki Civil Code, 2074 (2017)
• Electronic Transactions Act, 2063
• Applicable regulations of Nepal Electricity Authority & related bodies

Courts of Nepal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
